Depends on your personal needs. If you need to learn quickly for an exam or work, you could need a minimum of 3 lessons per week. It is up to you how quickly and how many lessons you want to do.

CAN I TELL THE TEACHER WHAT I WANT?
Yes. The teacher will always provide lessons that interest the student and will also recommend what the student needs to improve his/her English quickly.
WHAT MATERIALS DO I NEED?
We provide all materials, you do not need to worry about this at all. The teacher will use your own material, say for specific study, if you prefer.
IF I LIKE THE TEACHER CAN I HAVE ALWAYS THE SAME ONE?
We suggest that you have the same teacher for continuity, but some students like to have two teachers so that they can hear a different tone of voice.
DOES MY TEACHER GIVE ME HOMEWORK?
Yes, if you have time to do homework, the teacher will be happy to give it to you.
CAN I SEE MY TEACHER?
This is up to you, our private rooms have webcams and you can switch them on if you have a webcam.
WHAT IS YOUR METHOD OF TEACHING?
We have a tailor made method of teaching in our private lessons at all levels.
CAN I STUDY ANY TIME OF THE WEEK?
We can arrange lessons any time at your convenience, just arrange a suitable time with your teacher.
DO YOU GIVE CERTIFICATES AND DIPLOMAS?
We do diploma courses for all levels of English and also Business courses. You will get an ESO diploma once you have done and passed the course.
I AM A BEGINNER, CAN I LEARN WITH ESO?
Yes, we have fully qualified teachers that can teach all levels. We also have teachers that most probably will speak your native language.
WILL I LOSE MY LESSON IF THERE IS A TECHNICAL PROBLEM?
No. You will not lose any lessons for technical problems.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE FOR A LESSON?
We recommend that you come to the lesson 5 minutes before the start time. If you need to cancel a lesson, we need just 4 hours notice to cancel it. Most other companies demand 24 hours notice.
IS THE ONLINE PAYMENT SAFE?
Yes, we have SSL secure payment where you can purchase by CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL or BANK TRANSFER.
DO I NEED ANYTHING IN PARTICULAR TO USE THE SYSTEM?
No, all is automatically downloaded when you enter the community. We just recommend a headphone microphone for clear audio, a good internet connection and the latest FLASH player.
ENTER THE CLASSROOM FOR THE FIRST TIME?

Once you have logged in with you password and email you registered with, you can enter the class as soon as the start button turns green at the exact start time of the scheduled lesson.

When you are in the room, you can use the room audio or if you prefer, if you have already exchanged SKYPE details with your teacher you can then go to the SKYPE icon button, bottom left of the classroom to activate the SKYPE audio, make sure your SKYPE is activated:
